Hidden Lakes is located off of Tharpe Street and Mary Ellen road on the west side of Tallahassee, Florida. The Hidden Lakes subdivision was developed in 1990 by Terry Nelson, John Barnett and Jerry Gluesenkamp. The original Declaration was recorded in 1990 in the Public Records of Leon County.
Homes in the community are duplexes and are to be used for residential purposes only. Members enjoy a quiet subdivision where residents are expected to respect their neighborhood. Noise, such as loud music, fireworks, or loud vehicles should be kept to a minimum. The Sheriff’s Department and/or Code Enforcement will be called if an owner creates a nuisance for the neighborhood. Street parking is not allowed and your vehicle may be towed.
Dues for the Association are set annually. For additional information on the fees, please contact our management company at (850) 528-5043. Owners are expected to maintain their property including the yard and the home. Periodic compliance inspections will be performed by the management company. The Association promotes the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents. Exterior changes to the units, including but not limited to fences, shed, paint and roof colors must be approved by the Board of Directors. There is an architectural request for located under Documents to use when requesting changes.
